Successful companies are also able to present a compelling marketing plan, complete operations plan, reasonable financial projections, and a solid management team in a well laid out business plan.

We take the role of an investor in these discussions, asking all the tough questions and gauging the quality of a client’s responses and their ability to stand up to investor scrutiny. This allows us to begin to draft the business plan based on a client’s vision, but more importantly to identify the areas that need more work.
